Ordering Information:

All orders must include an additional 20% for shipping and handling (minimum $2.00). Maximum shipping is $10.00. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to call us during regular business hours or leave a message and we will be happy to return your call. Tax is already included in all orders.

Shipment Policy
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of placement. Shipping methods will vary depending on customer location and specifications. Credit cards will be billed when an order is processed and partial orders will be charged upon shipment.

Payment Acceptance
We accept Visa and MasterCard via mail and telephone. We will also accept certified and personal checks and money orders. All personal checks must include current preprinted name, address and phone number. All forms of payment must include the full price on the order including shipping and handling charges before any shipment can be made. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders are accepted.

At times your order or a portion of it may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of any delay beyond 30 days. Partial shipments may be made and you will not be charged for additional shipping costs.
