The Johnson County Museum offers a variety of educational services and programs for the general public, school and youth groups, and adult audiences. Many of the services are free of charge; others have a per person charge or a flat fee.
 General admission to the Johnson County Museum and the Lanesfield Historic Site is free of charge. A nominal fee of $2 for adults and $1 for children 3-12 is collected for tours of the 1950s All-Electric House.
