make a contribution Community Education Fund
collection imageEstablished to provide scholarships for Title I schools to participate in the Museum’s programs at reduced costs and to support the Museum’s education programs, gifts are accepted to this Fund from private individuals, businesses, foundations and other non-profit organizations. Title I, a provision of the federal No Child Left Behind Act, allocates federal dollars to aid schools in helping at-risk children achieve academic success. To make a contribution to the Fund, contact the Museum.

2009-2010 will be the inaugural school year for distributing Title I scholarships. Qualifying schools will be eligible to attend one museum program of their choice for half the cost. To apply for a scholarship, contact the Museum's Education Curator.
